Service Priority on Recovery or Shutdown

Full or Partial Recovery

For a full recovery each service listed below should be brought back on line in the order specified. If only selected services have been brought down, e.g. for maintenance or hardware failure, as long as the preceding services are active, a service may be brought back on line.

1. Microsoft Active Directory
2. IDMP LDAP Servers (Enterprise Directory)
3. RADIUS
4. CAS
5. Shibboleth

Full or Partial Shutdown

Shutdown the most important services last.
