     20NOTE: experience with upgrading the Parking app from 32-bit to 64-bit, per Walker Wheeler: 
     21"[An] anomaly was caused by a modification to an application pool configuration setting in IIS setting to be 64bit instead of 32bit to support the newer Oracle client the product was using. This modification resulted in the application not finding a ISAPI filter for Shibboleth. Adding the 64 bit isapi_dll for Shibboleth resolved this issue." If both the 32 and 64 bit isapi_dll versions were installed, it would seem to be cheap insurance against encountering a future anomaly.
