Shibboleth / SP Discovery

When we start to provide multiple IdPs with different behaviors for authentication, authorization, and session functions we will need SP side discovery or selection for the users. So far I can see two easy solutions. One is provided by the Shib team and one is provided by the same folks as SimpleSAMLphp.

Both will need to be evaluated on user experience and support. So far from a technical overview DiscoJuice seems preferable as it can be used with any SP that supports SP initiated targeted session initiation where as the Shibboleth EDS requires an installation of an SP on the same server as the SP to function.
